Each participant can attend the congress with a maximum of 2 papers (1 oral + 1 poster; 2 orals; 2 posters).

The fee for attending the Congress as a listener is set at 1000 TL. This fee includes Congress Materials (Congress bag, name tag, pocket program, participation certificate), lunch for 3 days, opening cocktail, gala dinner, coffee breaks and social programs.
